Little Green Visualisation Library

A quiet refuge for grounding, clarity, and steady inner reset.
Here you’ll find guided visualisations that help you soften the noise, reconnect with the land, learn new skills or facts, and take practical, life-giving steps in your day.

This is the growing home of the Little Green Visualisation Library. New pieces are added regularly as each recording finds its final shape. All practices begin free to explore. Subscribers receive early access and direct links to new releases.

Life gets loud. Minds crowd. Bodies tense.
This space exists to help you breathe again.

These practices are crafted for people who carry a lot internally — autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD nervous systems; land-tenders; overwhelmed growers; tired parents; and anyone who needs a calm, predictable anchor. They’re simple, sensory, nature-rooted, grounded in real life, and can even be used to learn facts or practical skills in a relaxed, low-pressure way.

Use this library whenever you need to settle your body, reconnect with Creation, return to yourself, or absorb new knowledge in a calm, sensory-friendly environment.

All guided visualisations in this library use an AI-generated spoken voice.

If you’re new, begin with one of these foundational practices:

• 🌿3-Minute Grounding Practice for Unstable Days (quick reset for overwhelmed or unstable moments)

• 🌿 Grounding Through the Body (drops your awareness back into your feet, breath, and muscles — especially good after overwhelm or overstimulation)

• 🍂 The Settling Breath (repeatable rhythm that lowers internal noise and helps your thoughts fall into place)

• 🌱 Safe Place in Nature (build an inner landscape you can return to whenever life feels chaotic or too fast)

• 🌱 Small Beginnings are Fertile (step into your land, take one small action, and feel the confidence and momentum of beginning; a gentle, grounding introduction to deeper practices)

🌿 Internal Ecology

Gentle guided practices for nervous system safety and inner balance

These practices treat the body as a living landscape.
Using familiar ecological imagery — rivers, shelter, recycling, and microclimates — they help your nervous system settle, restore flow, and remember safety.

Internal Ecology practices are especially supportive if you:

  • feel tense, reactive, or depleted

  • think in systems and patterns

  • are drawn to permaculture but feel your body hasn’t caught up yet

Start with one practice and return often. Repetition builds regulation.
